I love Mile Bluff. The Doctors are wonderful. I have had the services of Dr. Butterfield as my primary. The man has the patience of a Saint . Dr.Hilbert my podiatrist and Dr. Schultz for surgeries. Plus all the Doctors in Emergency, the Techs who do MRI'S ,SCANS X-Rays The ones who take my blood and the wonderful people who greet you when you walk in to check in. Plus all the nursing staff, especially Bobbie and Sarah. You should be very proud of your hospital and we are so lucky to have you in our community.

The billing department is terrible! Either Steve (and others?) seem incompetent and don’t care. Took almost 2 months going back and forth with them regarding a $500 overpayment I made. Finally got it almost two months later. Now it’s happening again! Billing on portal shows I owe $3,200! Same procedure and I met my full year max deductible in August! BCBS EOBs state I’m not responsible for the costs. Unfortunately, I have had to give them a lot of business these last 6 months mainly for the same procedure. I just tried to call billing department after hours and the message says to leave a message for a call back in 24 hours (yeah right). The phone just rang and rang. At this point I don’t even want to talk to them as it raises my blood pressure. Not a good thing for a medical center to do this to me. Highly highly disappointed with them. Also, I won’t even go into lack of communication I receive and I think my primary doctor should retire, doesn’t seem to care and rude. Just moved up here last year and had to find someone. Ended up going to Gunderson in LaCrosse a month or so ago as I went to MB ER and there wasn’t anyone on call who could perform my procedure. After my current health issues I believe I will be searching for care elsewhere. There’s always an issue with something. Unfortunate…

I've been a patient for only 6 months. At first, I thought this was a good clinic. BUT I've had only 1 appointment. I've had several issues with incorrect medication being phoned in, incorrect lab orders, incorrect notes in my file. But the biggest problem is the billing department! IT IS TERRIBLE. Because someone, somewhere incorrectly coded an EKG I had, now Im having to pay a portion that insurance won't pay. NO ONE in billing seems to care enough to fix it. They blame the doctor but they won't try to talk to doctor to fix it. I've been fighting this battle for months now. I've tried to send messages to Doc thru their portal, but no responses. Nurses always intercept and forward to billing!! I called again this week to billing but Tara refused to stop talking over me, so I got frustrated asked her to stop...yes, Ill admit , I was frustrated. (Tara told me 3 months back that I had a zero balance & to disregard the bill) She hung up on me! Now i continue to get bills. It is endless and terribly disappointing. I have a friend who has had similar issues with this billing department and incorrect coding/bills. I left a VM for the department head, Janae, asking her to call me but still no call back. Doesn't seem like a good way to run a business.

Dr. Sabey is awesome. Reception appt. Gentleman was awesome at getting me in promptly. Nurse was thorough with room set up and pre consult with Dr. Dr. Was kind and expressed answers to my questions and concerns

this was an awesome visit. The people are so friendly, so kind and caring. I had some staples removed and the surgeon was awesome along with his assistant. I have only good things to say about this clinic and hospital. I’m from the big city and they just push you in and out this place is a lot smaller very caring. I would take this over any big city hospital.
