Horrible, horrible , horrible communication from this group. My wife deals with debilitating hemiplegic migraines. Been trying to get a prior aitho sent to the pharmacy for about a week now. No one answers the phone ever and can only leave messages If I could give a negative score I would

I was put on hold for 35 minutes. I got down to the 2nd caller per their recording. Their system then hung up on me. Ridiculous

I made an appointment at approximately 10:40 a.m. Friday morning for a neurology consult. Five hours later the office called and left a voice mail stating that my appointment was canceled since I never confirmed it. This was unbelievable. Is this office so arrogant to think that my life revolves around their policies and their schedule? I was given one hour and 15 minutes to confirm an appointment that I made that morning. Apparently this office doesn't realize that people have lives outside of JWM Neurology and maybe can't always answer the phone. I will definitely be going someplace else that shows some respect to its patients and customers.

Okay so let me just I seen them in January and was told I would be called for a 6-month appointment and called to set up an MRI. Neither of those happened. I eventually called and got an appointment instead of 6 months. It was 11 months when I showed up for my appointment. The lady up front was nowhere to be found so I was talking to a man in the lobby when she came finally came out. I was told that my appointment was at 12:00 and I was 13 now 30 minutes late and they had a 15-minute grace period. Well if she would have been up there doing her job then I would have had them the 15 minute grace period. Instead she wanted to be nice nasty about oh you can come back in the morning because the provider's not here okay so he left in 10 minutes. I don't think so. This place is a mess and I'm going to find another neurologist

This place is absolutely infuriating, we don't have a choice because its the only neuro in network for my wife. We wanted to switch providers, for reasons about my wife's care with the first Neuro. We were told it would have to be "approved" to switch, and we were repeatedly sent to a POC for the original doctor. We had multiple calls go unanswered for a ridiculous amount of time, the office manager or someone in management stepped in, and finally pushed it through, but then they scheduled an appointment without confirming if it was an okay date or time for my wife. We had to reschedule only to be told that Dr. George schedule was completely booked, and that her later schedule wasn't released yet and to call back in a month - two months. I just now tried to call back and I go through the same conversation of her needing permission to switch providers, saying who approved it, and it wasn't documented at all. That they would "send an e-mail" to someone to get it approved. My wife is on diamox to manage her IIH and they've been hassling her about refills wanting her to come in. IT IS NOT FOR A LACK OF TRYING. The communication with the office staff here is some of the worst we have ever experienced. Some of the providers are great, but the staff makes it miserable.
