The receptionist are always really nice and remember me and my son by name. My doctor, my son's pediatrician, the PA's I've seen and the nurses are all really nice and helpful and they actually listen to you. I'm very happy with the treatment here.
The reception is fantastic! They are incredibly kind and thoughtful. We took our child to Dr. Plamann and he is very considerate and explains everything, which is also fantastic. I highly recommend him! Our concern was with the MA who took our child’s vitals and did her shots. The bedside manner is quite bad, and has little consideration with the fact that our child is a baby. She received her shots and we had to wait for over 30 minutes which was blamed on being ‘busy’ and their was little to no empathy regarding our child’s experience getting shots, as she was pinned to a table. Her bandaids were half on her leg and another so tight that when I took it off her leg is raw. I had to clean up her blood with my hand as well. Very very poor experience with her specifically.
