Complaint Report – Delaware Sleep Disorders Center To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally report a deeply unsatisfactory experience during my recent visit to Delaware Sleep Disorders for a scheduled sleep study. I was expecting a professional, clean, and well-organized environment, but unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards. 1. Poor Welcoming and Unprofessional Conduct Upon arrival, the staff greeting was noticeably unfriendly and informal. There was no clear introduction, explanation of the process, or basic courtesy. This created an immediate sense of discomfort and uncertainty about the quality of care I would receive. 2. Unclean and Unprepared Room The room assigned to me was not properly cleaned or prepared for a new patient. The bed appeared to have been used previously, with visible signs that the bedding and sleeping area had not been refreshed. This is completely unacceptable for a medical facility—especially one dealing with overnight stays. 3. Unsanitary Equipment The equipment provided for the sleep study looked poorly maintained and possibly unsanitized. In a healthcare setting, especially one involving direct physical contact, cleanliness and hygiene are critical. The condition of the equipment made me question its safety and whether proper sterilization protocols were being followed. Overall Experience The combination of an unprofessional welcome, an unclean room, and questionable equipment made the experience uncomfortable and concerning. These issues seriously affected my trust in the quality of care and the reliability of the study.

If youre no longer a patient here, dont expect them to answer you whatsoever. Emails and phone calls all ignored from my supplier and from me. They have info my supplier needs to fulfill my cpap order. What kind of office is this? Its ridiculous.

Very unprofessional. Leave messages for medication refills and they are somehow never left or in the system for the provider so patients end up without their medication for weeks. This is our second month dealing with having to call multiple times. And god forbid you express very understandable frustration because you are out of your necessary medication, they have the audacity to get an attitude with you like you are out of line. Absolutely NOT how any doctors office should run. Part of a providers job is to prescribe medications and actually SEND IT TO THE PHARMACY IN A MATTER OF A COUPLE OF DAYS! Get it together! I am very confused how they have such a high rating because it seems to me that the only actual reviews by actual patients are the true ones.

Terrible experience here from start to finish. Unorganized office, booked me for a consult I didn't need because I had an order from my doctor for sleep study. When I questioned why I spent money I didn't need to - they did make good on an offer of credit, but after that they wanted nothing to do with me. They ignored multiple requests from my dentist to complete one simple form for an insurance claim. Calls, emails, and faxes - all ignored, and ultimately insurance denied the claim because of their lack of cooperation. So frustrating it moved me to write my first ever negative review on Google.

Very professional, explained everything she did. I needed to sleep in a recliner which they supplied, but it is very old and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. My tech did her best to improve my comfort with pillows. Tech did a wonderful job!
