This place is TERRIBLE! Extremely poor service! It took over a month to schedule a doctor’s visit. Two days before the appointment, they canceled and pushed it another month out. Now, just a week before the rescheduled date, they moved it again to Dec 29—over 50 days later! This is unacceptable. Patients seek care because they need timely assistance. I have a medical condition, and these repeated delays are denying me treatment.
This office is a joke. 1. Dr. Lichtenstein has a HORRIBLE bedside manner. 2. I called to confirm an appointment to save myself a 2-hour drive, and 24 hours later they still had not returned my call. 3. The phone routing system is full of grammatical errors and is ineffective to boot. If you call, go ahead and anticipate being hung up on. 4. And this is what BLOWS MY MIND: they let a BRAIN-DAMAGED patient cancel a NEUROLOGICAL appointment without confirming that information was correct with her nursing facility or her family. This is BAFFLING. The only Google reviews I’ve ever left before are five star - until this review - but this office deserves and demands such a rating. Avoid this place at all costs. If you are referred there by your doctor, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
This is the worst location that I have been to. I regret my decision to come to this location. I gave them my FMLA documents to complete and fax over to my HR department, instead they sent over my complete medical history to my HR department. When I called them with my concerns, they were very rude and brushed it off like it was not a big deal. That was on September 18th, I am still waiting for my FMLA documents that I paid them to fill out. I went up there this morning to get my forms because their third party that do the paperwork said that she sent my FMLA paperwork back to them four times on September 19th. They looked at me like I was weird when I was showing them proof of the email that me and the Third-party conversation. I had to call the third party back while I was there and she was very confused about why they were saying that they did not have my paperwork.
If you're not happy with the doctor they will not let you choose a different doctor or transfer to a different doctor in their network. It's a shame I love Franciscan hospitals, but they're neurology department is horrible. They need a different neurology department through this hospital so you can choose which doctors you want.
I really like my doctor. He seems to be on point. But, the delivery of the office is very laxed and unprofessional. They don’t return calls in a timely manner, and I even had someone hang up on me when I was trying to explain something to them and they didn’t really care for what I was saying. I’m new to the area and this doctors office was suggested to me but I would definitely go to another office if another option becomes available.
