They're unable to bill correctly; turned a 100% covered visit into a 300$ charge. They forgot to add a service on the bill sent to insurance and sent a separate bill with the single service, which of course got denied since it's a completely separate bill.

Took good care of me. Ran tests to make sure all was well. Very thorough and professional. All the staff were super nice and accommodating. All and all it was a good and healthy experience.

The staff at the ER were friendly and patient with all the questions I had. However, the communication after the ER visit has been aggravating! The ER staff set up an ultrasound appointment, (staff were quick and efficient) which I went to, two days after the initial ER visit. Three days after the ultrasound, I still have not heard anything from a Doctor. Wrote a message through My Chart, to my primary asking when I would receive information from the ultrasound. I received a response within minutes, stating the my results were reviewed and I should of received a phone call and I was referred to general surgery and to call the clinic for an appointment. I called the clinic, they then informed me I needed to call the specialty clinic. Proceeded to call the specialty clinic from 3:30 -4:45 a total of 20 times, and no one answered! Called the specialty clinic next morning at 930 and was informed, that the Doctor has yet to review my file and would receive a phone call once the Doctor reviewed my results. 3 days in pain and still do not have answers! Irritated and frustrated with the whole situation! Again, the ER staff were great, the one star is directed towards everything after the ER visit.

I was kicked in the head and knocked unconscious by a deer as he tried to jump over my Spyder motorcycle 9/7/2025. I received outstanding care by th EMTs and ambulance crew as they transported me to Tomah Health ER. Again, I received outstanding professional care by the doctors, RNs, CNA, those responsible for imaging and labs! Although I hope I never need emergency room assistance again, if I do I would not hesitate to select Tomah Health for my care. God bless all involved.

I went to Tomah Health with chest pains. The staff that took care of me did so with heart, efficiency and skill. When I initially got to the ER, it seemed that maybe it wasn't a crisis after all and the staff was friendly and attentive. My wife and I enjoyed their company. Things then took a turn and got serious. Increased chest pain, spiking BP and I literally saw that same friendly staff immediately shift to emergency mode. The focus and sense of urgency was noticeable. At the time I didn't know how things would go, but I had complete trust and confidence in the team caring for me and can't adequately express my appreciation and admiration for them all, from registration, to the nurses, to Dr Ivan. Dr. Ivan was rock solid and we are so thankful for him. He paid close attention to all that was happening and his recommendations were sound, reasoned, explained well and spot on. My wife and I also really appreciated nurse Brittney. Her care, concern and skill really stood out as an example of what excellent nursing is. Thank you!
