Nemours - Malvern Sleep Center

What is the purpose of having an after hours call center if not to take messages? I got a flat tire and tried to leave a message to reschedule and she insisted they couldnt take messages and were only answer phones for emergencies. Don't people call 911 for emergencies.... It took 10 minutes to get through the stupid robo receptionist to get to a person so who is waiting that long for an emergency. Then I asked to stay on the phone for the 2 minutes until the office opened so she could transfer me but no she hung up. She really wanted me to fight my way back through the robo lady again. No respect for your time.

A very good health center for the locality. Service was amazing , we got the results at time , appointment and getting schedule was easy too. Convenient location and facility has lot to offer. Would def recommend

nikki who did the ultrasound was absolutely phenomenal! so gentle with our 6 month old, explained everything so well and just so pleasant and happy! made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. even the front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. this is our second time coming to this location and its been absolutely so nice coming there.

Excellent provider!! Took my 13 year old her and doctor was so good with her and provided us with all information available to make an informed decision. We will continue to go there.
