I was nervous coming here because the reviews were horrible. It seems to be the front desk staff and not the doctors. I had minor problems with the front. I’ve seen Karen Griffin NP-C and she was great! I also dealt with their MA (Allison I think. Don’t quote me.) she was kind over the phone and got stuff done! I’m confident Dr. Herrman is going to help me have as normal as a life I can with this new fun life I have. Too bad their front desk staff has ruined it for these great doctors. These doctors deserve better.
I am extremely disappointed with the front office staff at JWM Neurology. My experience was marked by a lack of consideration and compassion, which is especially troubling in a medical setting where patients are often dealing with serious concerns. The staff was unhelpful and came across as uncaring, making an already stressful situation worse. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and empathy.
Docs are great. Front office staff are HORRIBLE as is their “supervisor.” They take no responsibility and are rude and argumentative. The medical assistants don’t follow through. They don’t have the best interest of the patient in mind. Takes months to get an initial appointment and then months to get back in for follow up and recommendations. If his next scheduled appointment doesn’t get screwed up by the office, my husband will be seen by the doc for treatment recommendations 7 months following our first call. Absolutely ridiculous!
This practice will order your scans, but they won’t be calling you back for the results. I have tried calling twice and leaving voicemails, but no one seems to be returning them. It shouldn’t take 12+days…You can do better😈😈
I just got the call back to get scheduled for my first visit 3 months after my dr. sent a referral . In that time I've been somewhere else, we actually went to river hills neurology in Ohio since they had the best reviews near us. I have had an MRI and been told my results all in the time JWM hadn't even called yet to schedule me in !
