Dr great, front office unprofessional. The scheduling person lied about Medicare coverage, then cancelled my appointment. I called back and cancelled the new appointment she made for me, four months out. After explaining what happened to me, the person then persist to argue with me. Saying that Medicare & my Advantage program only covers one visit per year. My insurance representative, who is actually trained in insurance said as long as the appointment is medically necessary you can go as often as you want. To say the least front office is very unprofessional.
Absolutely 1000% satisfied with my care that I receive there. I feel like and friend and patient and feel I am in great hands with Dr. Jensen and staff! 🤗
