Called and spoke with a lady named Amanda in regards to my line of work. I was basically pretending to be a patient getting a referral to come in do a sleep study and wanting my questions answered about how the process works, and made myself sound nervous about the whole thing. she answered all of my questions, made me laugh as a form of offering me comfort and confidence in the company, and was literally a ray of Sunshine, which come to find out is her nickname!! When I told her the truth about why i was calling, she laughed and said "so did i pass the test?!" yes, you absolutely did! If i was actually a patient, i would 100% use this center because Amanda made me feel secure and comforted!

I never thought I would get so attached to a machine. I have the Philips respironics dreamstation. I have had it for almost 5 years now. I didn't realize how much benefit it was actually doing until it actually quit working a few months after I had it. I'm thinking that it might have been static electricity that made it stop working. I was forced to sleep without it for 1 night. Driving to work the next morning I was really tired. That's where I felt the difference. Thank you for the machines capabilities! Update: 2-17-24 This machine has since had some issues with it. Although it is a quality machine the foam that surrounded the motor has had breakdown issues to a point where it is hazardous to use. Look online for more info on that. But I do want to make note, I have no issues with Sleep Wellness Center.
