The facility is new and comfortable, but on my 3rd trip there i had a pretty poor experience. My visit was switched from an in person visit to a telehealth visit without telling me, and the staff was quite rude in helping me find a solution. Two hours wasted and a crappy attitude to boot, not a good way to spend your Friday
I have been here for various thing more then 20 times. I find the staff to be very helpful and kind. ANy time you are dealing with medical, stuff happens and they have to take people based on need. That has happened to me a few times, but there is a cute cafe where you can get a bite to eat, or I have offered another appointment. I have gotten lost in the parking garage a few times, it is so big! But security helped me track down my vehicle, They are firm about sucurity, which know annoys some people, but it is for the betterment and safety for all. I have had quite a lot of bloodwork there. I have small veins and had numerous not great experiences doing blood draws. Not here, they do a great job and I don't look like a unhie when I leave.
Dr. Ford truly is the best oral and maxillofacial surgeon. His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach made my mom’s surgery feel manageable. The entire staff was amazing. From the moment we walked in, John took great care of us. Antoinette and Paou were especially kind and supportive. I can’t recommend Dr. Ford and his incredible team enough to anyone in need of his services.
My wife had an appointment in radiology today. Very easy to get to and from the time we pulled up it was an amazing experience. The young man that welcomes people (NICO. )provide us with a wheelchair and brought my wife inside as I parked my car, only feet away in a free parking garage. Everybody there was friendly, helpful, and professional. As you walk through the doors, the smell of amazing food was cooking at the cafeteria. I can’t emphasize how wonderful this experience was.
Penn Telehealth Medicine nurse Dawn is wonderful. She has done more for my mother than some that have actually seen her in-person. When it comes to people that come see my mother, Patrick T , her Occupational Therapist is amazing. Sweet, caring, compassionate, motivating. My mother adores him and so do I. He's fantastic! Always on time or a little early which helps too for her schedule.
