Really one star is too high for this place. There is not one thing that I could say good, the phone system is horrible, staff transfers you to invalid extensions, they don’t return calls, they don’t answer questions on the patient portal, the PA is as bad as the staff and the Dr is no better about answering questions on the portal or returning calls. I have Never been to a Dr ‘s office that was this bad. I did not look at the reviews before getting involved here and I should have, then I would have moved on without wasting months of wasted time with no care.

I If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, I have to settle for one. My experience with JWIM has been deeply disappointing. The doctors and the nurse practitioner show absolutely no empathy, and the receptionists aren’t any better—they just seem to follow the same poor example. Honestly, this place already has bad reviews for a reason. If I’d had any other choice, I wouldn’t have gone there, but it seems to be the only option around in Indiana, and I just keep getting sent there. They don’t care about their patients at all. They don’t follow up on tests—this happened to my daughter as well, and now it’s happening to me. They just don’t give any importance to patient care, and the staff is rude and dismissive. They canceled my tests once, rescheduled them, and then canceled them again without letting me know. Honestly, I have no idea how they stay in business.

We were referred to JWM Neurology and Dr. Kofi Quest by my daughter’s psychologist for neurological testing after serious concerns were identified during her evaluation. We expected a thorough, compassionate visit, what we got was the exact opposite…. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff was dismissive and rushed. We were hurried through paperwork and vitals with little explanation or courtesy. When Dr. Quest finally came in, he barely spent ten minutes with us. He glanced at the psychologist’s report, offered a quick, surface-level assessment, and immediately concluded that no additional testing was needed. When I tried to explain the reasons for the referral and my concern that something deeper could be going on, I was cut off and given what felt like a generic, dismissive response. Instead of offering to run tests or take a closer look, we were told to go back to our primary care provider, ironically, to request the exact same tests the psychologist had already recommended. At that point, it was clear that this wasn’t about helping patients, it was about pushing people through as fast as possible. We left feeling unheard, dismissed, and completely frustrated. For a specialist’s office, the level of care and professionalism was shockingly low. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment….run, don’t walk, away from this place. If you or your child truly need neurological evaluation and support, look elsewhere.

I am so mad! I waited 2months to get in to this place. I got there 20 mins before my appointment and she said they would not see me because I was not there 30 mins early to do paperwork! I was 20 mins early, and they refused to see me! So now I will have to make an appointment somewhere else, and wait another who knows how long. Hopefully I dont have a brain tumor! And the woman who turned me away was not nice. Do not wait months to get care, that's ridiculous in the first place! And don't go here!

I agree with most of these reviews on google. It's been ten days since the doctor my sons dose. Just started having seizures this year.. i've been waiting ten days for a call back... they call in the prescription and I have still not verified whether or not the doctor wants him to up it both morning and night or morning or night. I feel like the people that work here.Don't give a hoot about my sons health. And people are incredibly rude on the phone... and will hang up on you for telling them that they are transferring you to the wrong number.
