U can not take this place serious. My first sleep study and I called to report a flashing light on the device and I was told it was ok it will still record data. Woke up the next morning the lights on the device was off. So I call and spoke with a nurse and was told the device doesn't stay on all night just a few hours. 2 weeks later I received a text stating please call into the office to reschedule ur sleep study we can not bill ur insurance because no data was recorded. 😡 Wow all I can say is wow. I'll reschedule elsewhere.

Sleep medicine doctor was great but everything after the initial assessment was terrible including the home sleep apnea test. I did not have enough data collected for my first test--no one from the office even called me about the result, and I found out by logging into MyChart randomly. The staff did not answer their on-call phone line when I had questions about the indicator lights, and when I asked for a demonstration on how to properly activate the effort belt, they just told me to watch a video instead. I really wish I chose a different office.

Ok, I haven't been there yet but talking on the phone they have been wonderful. They have bent over backwards when I had to reschedule and then unfortunately cancel again because of car trouble. I called again today to reschedule and they were lovely. No issue, just going to get a new script and give a call back. They even arranged for me to have my aide with me before so I expect no issues this time either. It is unfortunate not everyone understands what goes on behind the scenes for their care and perhaps would have more patience and understanding. I do appreciate it.

I wanted to try CBTi, a talk therapy, for sleep maintenance insomnia as I regularly wake up at 2:30am. The initial Dr who saw me was very good, but then I was fed into the most insane system I’ve ever experienced. I had to go across the road to see two different nurses who asked the same questions over and over like it was a police interrogation. I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to harm myself or other people. Only their stupid gate keeping questions would make me want to do that. After multiple appointments, time and $$$ spent on those gate keepers the scheduler told me they didn’t have any CBTi appointments available for the time being due to staff shortages. Well maybe you could hire someone who can actually perform CBTi instead of an army of gatekeepers with their impertinent and repetitive questions. Overall, avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy burning your money and time for zero benefit, or unless you need a CPAP machine. I got the impression they were at least good in getting people with sleep apnea onto those.

Just want to add to the reviews about the unacceptably long amount of wait time for sleep apnea assessment. Three months to get the initial appointment (the visit with Dr. George was thorough and excellent) and a further two months quoted to receive the sleep study equipment. Three follow-up calls to get the scheduler on the phone. Needless to say, I've had to find another provider.
