I went to the sleep, study in Vineland, and by mistake I left my brand new crocs there i called right away and was told that they will look for them and call me back ! Well they never did and I called for three days straight and got a run around, now they are claiming that they must’ve been stolen by the cleaning crew ! Be careful leaving anything behind lesson learned !

I recently had a sleep study at the 1450 Chestnut Ave location (building 6) in Vineland. I can’t praise this place enough. While there is nothing like your own bed, not to mention being hooked up to monitors and wires, you still find a way to feel at home. This is all because of the wonderful, experienced woman who was in charge of my study. She couldn’t have been more professional, friendly, and clearly knows what she is doing. Forgive me for forgetting her name but she has been at this location for several years. I had my study on March 29, 2023, and she should be recognized for an outstanding job. Loving what you do makes all of the difference in the world and you can tell she truly loves her job. At least that’s my opinion. I specifically chose this location as I remembered 7 years ago I had the same great experience. Sure enough, it was the same woman managing my study. It was 6 a.m. before I knew it and I was on my way feeling refreshed as if I slept at home. If you have a study coming up, I highly recommend this location.

Terrible, Horrible Customer Service. 5/23 - My doctors office faxes over referral to Inspira Sleep Center VLD I call to schedule an appointment and am told it takes 24-48 hours for someone to pick the fax from the tray and input my information. Once that is complete they will call me to schedule. 5/25 - I call ISC to follow up and I am told they never received anything from my doctors office. I know it isn't true because my niece works for my doctor and is the person who faxed it over. I verify the fax number with ISC and ask my niece to fax it again. I am told by ISC I will need to wait 24-48 hours for them to contact me and schedule my appointment. 5/30 - I call when they open and am told by Jocelyn that my doctors office did not fax anything over. I call my niece while on the phone with ISC and this is when Jocelyn informs us the fax number we have is incorrect. My niece faxed over the referral to the updated number and I was told I will need to wait 24-48 hours for someone to retrieve the fax from the tray and input all the information into their system. By this time I am running out of patience and ask to speak to a manager. After 37 minutes on hold Jocelyn returns and proceeds to ask for my information so that she can get me set up in their system. Once I receive that call within 24-48 hours they will be able to fast track this. 5/31 - I called to make sure my referral was received and once again Jocelyn advised me my doctor had not sent anything over. I lost it, sort of. I asked if she was kidding because this was just too much. I told Jocelyn I know she called my doctors office yesterday because I called them to verify. After some fuss she placed me on hold so that she could go check for my referral. After 10 minutes she returned to say my doctor did not fax over the correct information on the referral. Guess how long it will take to process? Yup, 24-48 hours. This started 5/23 and tomorrow will be June 1, I am still waiting for them to confirm having received my referral. If I could switch out the 1 star to 1 extended middle finger, I would.
