Office doesn't answer calls, return calls, refers you to providers that don't accept your insurance, and no one seems to know what's going on. No wonder they have such poor reviews! It's apparent the office either has a lack of care for their job or they're overworked. Unfortunately, the only ones who suffer are the patients in pain waiting to get help

The staff is always so friendly. I have been with Dr Shemershien for over 14 years, he had helped my headaches so much. I could not function without his help.

I would give 0 but not an option. Dr. Sermersheim has a big ego and think he knows everything with seeing me in one visit. He told me it is all in my head, I have been going here for years, but just don't waste your time or money. BEWARE there are better neurologist out there!!! Today was my last day there ever!!!!!!!

BEWARE: I help an elderly lady with her appointments. JWM is The Worst! Here are some excuses: “We didn’t get the order.” After erroneously canceling tests with no notification to her: “Did the hospital offer you another time? You’ll have to reschedule with them” (when JWM is the one who scheduled them and canceled them). The hospital personnel told us they do this all the time. Frustration times 10!

Terrible. Absolutely….terrible. Made my appointment 8 weeks ago and 1 day before they decide to “cancel it for me” because I didn’t “confirm” my Appointment. I have a very demanding job that requires a lot of attention. So I was sleeping and woke up To a voicemail that it was canceled. Why should I have to confirm my Appointment? That’s why I made it in the first place. If I wasn’t going to be there I would have called and canceled myself. So I took a vacation day for nothing. Thank you for saving me time, based on your reviews, customer service, and the last minute notice I can only imagine what level of care I would’ve gotten had I actually showed up.
