The staff provided excellent care and compassion during my recent visit. Although my recent development will remove me as a potential lung replacement candidate they were fair and laid their the other options on the table. Much appreciated and needed. Dr. Shenoy was as good as any physician I have ever met for honesty.
I go to Temple on Broad St. Everyone there is absolutely amazing. From the time I walked in there in 2020, through my testing for a lung transplant, receiving and recovering from the transplant and now over 3 years since the transplant, they treat me like I'm their only patient. They truly care for you and want nothing but the best for you. They have saved my life twice! Once when I was able to get the lung transplant and then second time when I unfortunately contracted pneumonia and they made arrangements for me to be transferred to them (I live about 2 hours away) so they could take care of me rather than my local hospital. The transplant team is always a phone call away 24/7 in case you need them and every time I had to call, they always called me back. Just amazing and wonderful people!!!!
It's my second visit there with Dr. I. I like it more everytime, everyone is so professional and very friendly. They take they're time and I never felt rushed. Also the waiting time was very short. I would recommend this office for everyone!!!
