Terrible communications from the doctors and staff. Ridiculous phone messaging system,. Can never talk to a real person. Major delays in scheduling tests and procedures. They made MAJOR mistakes in my medical record that I discovered by accident, confusing my results with another patient's.
If only there was a lower review than one star!!! I am a new patient and been waiting for them to call me for an MRI appointment, as the doc ordered, since October 29. For almost a week, been in a whirlwind calling several departments just to find out anything. Left several voice mail for several people only one called me back and promised to find out the outcome of my appointment. Well, she never called back either. Wha a miserable experience. I will find another provider, pay for another new visit just so that I don’t have to deal with this lack of professionalism. The sad part is that I don’t expect anyone from JWM to read this scathing review and bother to call me back
I wish I could give more than a one star. Dr. Lichtenstein is absolutely incredibly unprofessional. Not only was he running at least 30 minutes behind from my appointment everything he did felt rushed. He was bringing up things that had absolutely nothing to do with the reason that I was there blaming every other one of my issues for the reason that I have another issue. I have never met somebody so unprofessional and condescending in my entire life. Avoid him at all cost
Dr. Seth Lichtenstein is very unprofessional. I felt like he wrote me off as soon as he walked in the door, I assume due to my age. He would cut me off when I was trying to answer his questions. He was very rude. The exam didn’t feel thorough and felt rushed. He talked down to me because of things out of my control (seeing other specialists) He wasn’t listening to my concerns and kept talking about something that had nothing to do with what I was experiencing. 0/10 do not recommend. The upfront desk was very kind though.
Looks like I am having some of the same problem with these people as other people have. You cannot talk to anyone when you call and they say they will call you back with in 48 hrs. But they never do until after maybe the 3rd or 4th time. They are very unprofessional had to wait 3 weeks for MRI results this is cruel for this place to do that to someone. I have called twice now to just schedule appointment and they can’t even return my calls. I your doctor refers you to this place ask to be changed. I guess I will have to do the same.
