Ive had a sleep study done but never got a callback concerning my results. One appointment was scheduled and it was suppose to be telehealth and I never got a call. Another appointment was eventually scheduled after calling the office which never answers their phone and once a second appointment was scheduled once that appointment came i never got a call again. I even tried calling the office and nobody answers at all. I am beyond furious and frustrated with this process and have been waiting for my results to come as I have serious sleep problems
Horrible office! I’ve been coming here for years and I’m going to be honest I only stayed for the location it’s near my house. But I want to start off with the staff that calls you to reschedule your appointment due to the doctor conflicts are RUDE! My appointment was rescheduled three times in a row! When you ask concerning questions the staff is extremely rude. I actually had to switch doctors offices due to this. I refuse to get treated like that over and over again! After 10 years I finally left! I’m slowly but softly leaving Einstein practices!
I recently had an awesome experience at Einstein Sleep Center. Let's start with hand hygiene- the staff definitely performed hand hygiene before and after care was given. I was very impressed. I'm always prepared to remind health care professions to wash their hands. At Einstein no reminder was needed. I was seen by Rebecca. She listened to my concerns and was so thorough during my visit. She took the time to explain everything.
I had a great experience at the office for sleep apnea. Quandaria was very pleasant to talk to and welcoming. My specialist Rebecca was very thorough and explained things easy for me to understand. Rebecca has great bedside manner and restored my faith back into the Einstein network!
This is a review for Doctor Sharma and to encourage those with PTSD and other sleep depriving mental disorders to seek help ELSEWHERE. This doctor diminished my experiences because my PTSD happened during giving birth, he is absolutely still in the dark ages about mental health. That said, if you have sleep apnea, go for it I'm sure he's fine.
