I had a great experience at this facility. Heather was patient and so caring towards my son during his sleep study. She throughly explained everything to me and provided a comforting space for us.
During the time that I was a patient at Advantage the staff have always been friendly, curtious and helpful. Any questions that I had were immediately answered. The center was easily accessible . When I went for the sleep test the staff was friendly explaining everything clearly and efficiently. I had a peaceful night and no problems. Do not go here! Go to a hospital get a real study ! Never trust that at home study! I got 2nd opinion and I do not need CPAP , but they tried to send me home with a machine I declined and went to Jefferson in Cherry hill
Loved this location! Had a sleep study here last night (8/25/24) and it was a wonderful experience, especially thanks to my tech Joe! He explained everything very well and was very respectable and caring. The rooms are pretty comfortable as well, I slept better than I thought I would. Highly recommend having your sleep study done here!
I can’t stress enough how wonderful and amazing the staff were. Ashley and Dawn were incredibly helpful, supportive, and kind. Honestly, amazing. I didn’t really know what to expect, but they took the time to answer all of my questions. The sleep study room itself was nice, it’s pretty much like a hotel-looking room with drawers, tv, chair, nightstands, and obviously a bed. Since there’s only normally two patients (at least at the Voorhees location), there’s definitely more personalized attention than at other places. Also, if your test requires you to stay into the late afternoon, you get pretty good food for breakfast and lunch. If you have to have a sleep study, don’t worry, you are in good hands.
