I received my inspire device through the advantage sleep centers. I have been using it for 3 years. It is working wonderfully. I do not have to use the C Pap machine I was using for 10 years. The inspire device replaced the C pap machine. I highly recommend the advantage. Sleep centers for any sleeping disorders.They are wonderful.
I am really thrilled with this sleep center. My sleep apnea was making me feel exhausted all day long from the moment I woke up. I felt like I would fall asleep at every red light🥱😴😰. When I went here, the girls at the front desk were super-nice and very accommodating with my schedule. The night I went for the sleep study, I had the nicest lady there. (I forget her name but she was from another country—Nigeria?—and super friendly and nice!) I felt like I got away from my kids to my own private hotel, with the nicest lady there taking care of me, where I could read, watch tv, and RELAX for a night alone to myself😅. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. It was heavenly! After they got my results, I was set up with Collette who very thoroughly & patiently explained everything to me ab the machine. She was extremely friendly and kind. When I called the center later, as I had questions after using it, Collette got right back to me, thoroughly explained the answers to all my questions, and volunteered gladly to answer any others if anything else came up. I am really grateful to this place! They gave me back my energy, my ability to live my life to its fullest. And literally every person working there is the sweetest, kindest person!!
Colette was great - she got me initially set up and the called me when she could tell I needed a different mask and got me re-fitted. It was super easy and convenient. Turns out Colette lives in my neighborhood and we went to the same HS. She has been super helpful and I know that if I have any issues she will be able to assist me so i have a great experience! Thanks Colette for doing a great job!
I went into Advantage today to meet with Colette to go over/receive my first CPAP machine. She was AMAZING! Very personable and informative. By the time I walked out of her office I already felt like I’ve been working with the machines for years. Highly recommend!
I met Colette Gaines today when she set me up with my new APAP machine. She was wonderful! I was a little nervous getting it but she completely reassured me. She made sure I knew the ins & outs and how to properly wear the mask etc. She covered proper cleaning too. I left feeling a lot more confident than when I arrived. I really appreciated her thoroughness.
