I had a sleep study .my scheduler was quick and explined what would happen. The sleep center was very clean. My sleep tech was kind and explained everything to me . I slept thru the night. And i received my results in about a week. I would do the sleep study agian if needed with Persante
My entire experience with Persante was amazing and everything moved so smoothly from my scheduling to my actual study. I appreciated how their staff kept me informed on everything that was happening from start to finish and the site staff were also very friendly and made my stay very comfortable.
Persante has been amazing throughout this experience of getting my sleep study set up. From the timely entry of the order, to processing insurance and ultimately scheduling. The staff is very nice and makes the process easy and seamless. I would reccomend any hospital system that works with Persante in a heart beat for their sleep study needs.
They called to cancel my appointment after months of waiting. I was unable to speak at the time because I was at my childs doctors office and asked them to call me back in 30 minutes. They never did. I called several times to reschedule and after a while of hold music the system says they are overloaded with calls and they will call me back. They never call back. My doctors office has emailed them 3 times to prompt rhem to call and schedule me. At this point, my prior authorization is going to expire before they can even get me in...IF I can ever get through to them to make an appointment.
Jefferson outsources their in-hospital sleep study scheduling to Persante. However, when calling Persante to get more information about the appointment, they will not pick up the phone and will not return calls. I finally drove to Mount Laurel just to talk to someone in person at their office, confirm the appointment, and update our insurance. They also do not handle billing costs/estimates as that goes through Jefferson, which is fine. They only handle the scheduling. Regardless, they are impossible to get a hold of, so we ended up cancelling the sleep study altogether until we can get all the information we need. If you need to get in touch with someone from Persante, it's best just to go to their physical office in Mount Laurel for answers.
