Dr Cushing is good, but the front desk staff is rude. You can't get a hold of anyone. I have sent messages in the portal with no response. I have left messages with different nurses and people that are supposed to be be doing PA's no response. It wasn't until my mom called up there and left a message (she is a nurse to a well known doctor in the area) that anyone ever called me back, and even then everything was wrong. Its unfortunate, because Dr. Cushing is a good doctor, but if you are dealing with chronic pain and not getting your medication for weeks on end because of his staff, along with getting no answers, its a problem.

Avoid if it is at all possible. Trouble communication will break down just making the first appt. For follow-up again, it seems all the phones are turned off, and the system will run out of options. In the end, your bill may or may not show up. Once physically able to talk to Docs or tech, all is well, but headaches to start and finish. If it was the last place to go through my insurance, I would go pay out of pocket to any other place gladly.

If I could give this any less than 1 star I would. I have left several messages in the infinite loop that is their medicine refill line. I have all but begged for a return call. I have even sent an email to their "if you've been waiting longer than 48 hours" address to no avail. I am FIRING this provider who obviously doesnt want my business - and finding a new one that will answer the phone. TERRIBLE!

The staff and doctors are amazing, very nice and professional. However, their scheduling? Absolute TRASH. Trying to call and get in touch with anyone is completely miserable. No matter what selection you choose for the menu, there is literally no one that will ever answer. I highly recommend going elsewhere for something that's important because you will not be able to call and ask even a simple question with how insanely difficult it is to get ahold of anyone.
