Just amazing care from all the staff and Dr G. On time! Not a quick visit ... the staff and doc took lots of time to understand and help. Exceptional coordination with Youngs medical equipment and their staff. We are grateful.

My worst experience ever with a medical facility. They just schedule appointments that are redundant in the big picture of the testing, diagnosis, and treatment. An acquaintance of mine had the same symptoms and diagnosis with Lehigh Valley at half the cost and amount of appointments. My guess is to bill the patient/insurance companies multiple times. Costs of these tests are extremely exorbitant in my opinion, not to mention they book 6-8 weeks out. To me that's unacceptable. My past experiences with St. Lukes were always positive but after this experience I will try Lehigh Valley next time. My additional comments. When I tried to ask the office mgr to accommodate me possibly being late for my appointment the day previous to my appointment she flat out refused, giving excuses like it wasn't fair to other patients, etc.. Well her boss who was nice had to step in and said she could accommodate me if I was late the following day. The very next day I made it to the appointment early and as I was waiting the office mgr started a conversation with her receptionist and was referring to me in a derogatory manner. Obviously she didn't realize I was just on the other side of a frosted divider. I have filed two complaints about the incident to St. Lukes, so far nothing has been resolved
