Dr. Acharya is wonderful. But whoever “ROBIN” is in the office is absolutely horrible!! Long story short, she had the audacity to be rude, arrogant, and condescending to me over the phone since I was trying to get ahold of Dr Acharya. She kept mentioning my CT scan wasn’t ordered by him, saying it as if to make a point that therefore it’s not important to them even though Dr Acharya knew I was getting it done and said he would talk to me about my results if I’d like since it would show my lungs. This woman, Robin, was incredibly rude and unprofessional and combative. I had to remind her that she’s not a doctor but since she’s taken such an interest in MY business well, my results mentioned something about possibly a collapsed lung so yeah I’d like to get my pulmonologists opinion!!! She was so incredibly disrespectful to the point I’m considering leaving. To have a person like that working there is utterly disgraceful.

Dr. Tran is amazing and if it weren't for my struggles with the office itself this review would be 5 stars. She's attentive, brilliant, listens well, and considers the whole patient. Unfortunately, trying to deal with the office is quite frustrating. I can't remember the last time I spoke to a person when I called--I spend days playing phone tag waiting for someone to respond at a time I can answer (I work 8-5 and spend almost all day in meetings). They also don't schedule out appointments 6 months in advance (despite that some of us only see our physicians every 6 months). Also, it's impossible to speak to your physician directly unless you are able to get an appointment with them, which is next to impossible for short-term issues (i.e., when I caught RSV and needed steroids I played phone tag with one NP for two days and was made to come in to see one of the other NPs).

The worst Medical Practice in the Doylestown area. The will not accommodate you for anything. You cant have medication renewed, eventhough you have been on them for 7 years. You make an appointment 3 months in advance and they don't send any reminders, like other Medical Professionals do. If you miss the appointment they charge you $25. The only good part about them is their doctor, Dr. Acharyia, he gets 5 stars, plus. The office staff are horrible. My advice, find another practice, they probably wouldn't care.

I’ve been short of breathe and unable to work this week. I’m a patient of Dr. Jimenez and he is great, but my concern is what happens to his patients when he is scheduled at the hospital. When my doctor is at the hospital his partners (other physicians) handle medical issues for his patients. Unfortunately nurse KATY just called me back to say no one is at the office and she refused to contact them….why I guess their on early holiday and she is not going to bother them. P.S. KATY I took your advice and left my PCP a message….3 hours later, heard nothing, still waiting to breathe. I didn’t needed to work this weekend but I’ll just wait till Tuesday when the office opens like nurse Katy suggested. What a wonderful weekend this will be bring short of breathe. This review is no reflection on Dr. Jimenez he is great and I will let him know that Katy refused to contact his partners to call in prednisone for me.

This has been, perhaps, the WORST office I have ever dealt with. I needed to reschedule an appointment because I was going to be out of town. It took me 7 phone calls and being put on hold for very long periods of time before I could reschedule. If the phone was answered, I received the words 'please hold' and then no one ever came to the phone. I left messages and the office person was courteous in trying to reach me; again, when I would return her call, the same difficulty. It took me vigilance, a 2-day period and probably 1/2 hour to do what should have taken 2 minutes, creating a huge level of frustration. This office is obviously understaffed and, by logical conclusion, their staff must be overworked. This office does not have enough support staff, which I understand erodes profits. The level of difficulty in scheduling an appointment communicates complete disregard for the patient. Thankfully, I only have to deal with this once a year.
