My mom had a sleep study on Saturday. She and myself were not satisfied. The tech was very unprofessional and was super rude to my mom talking to her as if my mom was Mental. Also my mom has gotten sleep studies before and never in our life have we seen a place that releases patients at 3 am. Most places they take you in at 8pm to 6am not here. Also we're from Eagle Pass. They called us to let us know my mom was out. We took almost close to 2 hours to get to Del Rio because we had a flat tire. We tried calling back the place to let them know we were running late for my mom. They never answered our call. We called my mom and told her the issue. She let the Tech know. The tech was extremely rude and told my mom "It's not my problem your daughter is having car issues. Get yourself a Taxi to take you back to Eagle Pass. I can't let you wait inside. I have to close the place. My mom told her the Tech was literally shoving her out of the place. It was also cold that NIGHT and there was no place for my mom to sit while we went to get her. She didn't even pass the test ethier. My mom is never coming back here and looking for another 2nd opinion elsewhere. Hope someone shuts you down! Very unprofessional!
Really nice place n people Chris was awesome help n makein sure I was comfortable n at ease plus great humor was a very pleasant stay for my study highly recommend 👍
Very underrated, the doctors are nice and funny. They make sure you are comfortable and have a nice atmosphere.
