Wow, I am so impressed with the Niagara Falls location! I had an overnight sleep study, the room was so comfortable like a hotel room, and Peggy was an amazing monitor and advisor from start to finish! She was so explanatory, and empathetic toward my own personal situation and trying to figure it out, and was so helpful to make the entire experience amazing. She certainly knows her stuff, as even though they hook you up to lots of wires and so on around your whole body, she fitted me for the right equipment and I had the best night sleep I have gotten in forever! I have been a patient of Lindsay's for several years, and I cannot recommend Sleep Insights Niagara enough. Lindsay and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate/empathetic. I trust them completely with my care, and they have always been willing to work with me regarding any issues that arise or answer any questions I have. The front desk staff are always pleasant and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Debora (I think she's a receptionist or assistant) makes me feel like a VIP and not just another random patient like other medical clinics. Their sleep techs are some of the nicest and caring individuals I have ever met in a medical office. The entire clinic is clean and comfortable, especially their overnight sleep study rooms! The team goes above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and well-informed and their commitment to patient care is truly outstanding. Whether it's answering questions, explaining results, or finding solutions that work for me- one of the only specialist I have been to that I feel like I dont need to advocate for myself or question their decision making or care. The staff and Dr S are always on top of things. Super thorough, and nice. This is the best experience I’ve had with any Dr’s offices. They truly changed my life for the better. Can’t recommend them enough!
