Horrible patient care. My son came in with an emergency cut to his thumb on 9/24/25. The ER moved with no urgency or concern. He cut his tendon ,nerve ,and artery in his thumb and informed the department staff. They told him “ no you didn’t it would be blood everywhere”. They took hours to get him back. they performed a horrible diagnosis and bad stitch job whole ignoring the damage. Thankfully he followed up with a hand doctor specialist to get surgery two days later. It was confirmed he did indeed hit the artery nerve and tendon. My wife is a 20 year nurse and she said if it had taken any longer he could have lost his thumb. I thankful he is fine. But this was a bad experience.
My son, Davie, was typically developing, verbal, and considered “advanced” by his primary care doctor. On 3/14/2018, Davie received 3 extra/invalid vaccinations. He received Hib, Polio, and DTaP. The doctor office called me and told me about one extra vaccination they administered to Davie, I found out by requesting state vaccination records, that he actually received 3. This happened at Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, MN. After questioning the doctor office, there was a “legacy encounter” on his medical records and they became inaccessible. Davie gradually lost all words. He currently uses the Tobii Dynavox device to communicate with us. He is so amazing, kind, smart, and loved by everyone who meets him.
