Central Indiana Neurology

I actually liked Dr. Cohen the one time we saw him, but when I had to call to reschedule an appointment, a mistake was made in entering it into their calendar. While frustrating, mistakes occur. The problem came in that the front desk and the manager Jamie seemed to not believe that I had called (why would I bring a teenager to a doc before 8am if I didn't think there was an appointment?) and after logistics and rescheduling were managed, asked me "is there anything else?" so I started to say, "an apology would have been nice... " when I was cut off by Jamie with "Thank you!". I said "Wow, that was rude. We may have to find somewhere else to go" and she just grinned at me. We found somewhere else to manage my teen's migraines.

I seriously do not recommend this company. I’m sure there is some ok doctors who work here, but they will ban you for missing even one appointment. In my case, my doctor (Dr. Cohen) stopped showing up for our zoom call appointments. I would sit on the phone for two hours or more waiting for him to join, he would never show. I would call community (aka the JWM group at community) and I would tell them my doctor never showed, they claimed “ok we are so sorry, we will put down that you showed up!” Clearly they were lying because now I’m banned from any care from JWM because I “didn’t show up for appointments”. Now my life is at risk because I have seizures and I rely on medication to stay alive. I now cannot receive said medicine because there’s 0 neurologist in my area that are not owned by this group. this is irresponsibility at at it’s finest. I’ve also seen other reviews saying essentially the same thing as I am.
