Why is there a 90 day wait to see a doctor??? As a new patient whom was referred by my doctor to this place just to be told the next available appointment is some time in March??? This is horrible. I declined and called another reputable provider and my first appointment as a new patient is in 2 days. And a plus closer to home. Never settle, always search to find better care. How can they mumble the word next available is in march of next year. Do better Capital Health.
All the employees are very helpful and professional. DNP Roseline Abundanin is a great professional that listens and guide you thru the steps of your care. I felt very comfortable and welcome, the facilities are very clean.
Don't even think about having your test done at there. After about two months of waiting they cancelled my appointment to give me another one in three months. It's a joke not a healthcare.
I’m giving this two stars because the women at the front desk were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. Scheduling appointments at this office is extremely frustrating. My appointments are often booked months in advance, only to be canceled repeatedly. This makes no sense, especially for a practice with more than one doctor. For example, my February appointment was recently canceled—how can you cancel something three months out due to “unforeseen circumstances”? It feels unprofessional and disrespectful to patients' time. When I finally saw the doctor, I found him dismissive. He seemed uninterested in my concerns and gave the impression that I was wasting his time. Instead of offering treatment options or solutions, I was told to buy books on sleep issues and take an out-of-pocket online course. If I wanted to self-diagnose, I wouldn’t have waited months to see a professional. This experience left me feeling disappointed and unsupported. Patients deserve better communication, reliable scheduling, and doctors who genuinely care about addressing their concerns.
Saw the NP last year, who was the first person in 25 years to take my sleep issues seriously. Unfortunately they had a 6 month wait when I asked to see them this year. (Lost a star for that). I also used their sleep lab recently when I found a new doctor. The overnight technician Marzanna was fabulous. I was extremely nervous about the study and falling asleep and as she was putting the electrodes on, she was talking to me and calmed me down immensely. She also was great when I needed her and in the morning. She deserves a raise or more vacation days or something! My daytime tech was just okay, but he got me through the MSLT.
