Marshfield Medical Center-Marshfield Sleep Medicine Program

I was pretty disappointed with the facility, mainly the lack of communication between the different care givers and the patient/patient families. Especially when you consider this is where the critical patients of northern Wisconsin get sent to as their only hope. I know the healthcare system in America has been crumbling for years but I think we can do better. And they need to answer the call lights in a timely fashion considering I seen several nurses/cnas at the desk for over an hour while my loved one was waiting to lay back down, they just shut it off and forgot about her....smdh

Reception workers are helpful and patient. The building was very clean. Many signs to navigate. Many pieces of art. It was nice, but has a spooky feel to it. Probably the age of the building or the cemetery right across the street. 😅

Great staff and love my healthcare team. Only place I have wait time issues is the urgent care. Otherwise specialties like internal med, endocrinology, pediatrics, etc all go smoothly.

Helpful staff from the minute you walk in. Parking is hard to find,and although they have a bus going to and from the parking lot cross the street, add extra time in your planning if you go here. This is a big place. If you have any disability in regards to walking be prepared by adding more time to get to your appointments. For instance, X-ray is way down the hall from orthopedics.

Hour and 15 minutes i waited for an appointment and talked with 3 difference employees and watched 3 different people come in after us and yet get seen before us. Just for them to come want to cancel and reschedule my sons appointment. Unprofessional health care facility and im impressed they haven't been shut down yet!
