I had an overnight sleep study last night and the tech Patrick was amazing. I was having a lot of anxiety with the test and the whole time he was very kind, understanding, and professional. It's hard to find understanding people when you have struggle mentally, so this was very much appreciated. I'm giving 5 stars just for the technician. The only "problem" I had with the sleep center which isn't much of a problem, is when I came to pick up the at home test I thought it was at the hospital instead of in the same parking lot. Nonetheless, that was more user error than on them. Patrick deserves a raise!
The technician was phenomenal (I'm just sorry I didn't get her name), she mad my Mom feel at ease. This place is immaculate, clean, the rooms were very cozy, hotel like, with a TV, a chair, a sink in each room. A little kitchen with little cereal boxes, bagels & coffee for the morning, juices, milk & water. I would highly recommend this place to anyone if they have to do a sleep study.
