We had an amazing experience with Tara during our son’s sleep study. This was our second time here, and once again everything went super smooth—especially with our 3-year-old, which means so much to us as parents. Tara made us feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish. She was patient, kind, and so gentle with our son, helping him feel safe and at ease the entire time. Her care and professionalism truly made a stressful situation feel calm and reassuring. We are so grateful for her and highly recommend her to any family coming in for a sleep study.

I just been going to see Dr Yadav for about 14 years and somehow getting a prescription and getting parts for my CPAP is a huge problem. I use to get texts to renew my parts for my machine but now I'll getting no where and still have no answer. I have called the office in Hillsboro and it seems like no one wants to answer a freaking phone. There's no way they are busy giving me a call back about the prescription. Looking to go somewhere where I can get better service

I'm mostly writing a review, because I saw the low ratings and that has never been my experience. I've been going to Dr. Yadav since 2017, and I've never had a problem. I initially met with the Dr. and did an at home sleep study. It was super easy. I have sleep apnea. She prescribed the best machine on the market. It was a life saver. I have been to the office several times since for check ups and to continue my prescription for supplies. I've dealt with many staff on the phone and in person, and they and Dr. Yadav have always been friendly and professional. Dr. Yadav also gave me the name of an excellent insomnia therapist who I did eventually see.

I had an appt with Dr Yadov weeks ago. She arranged for me to be sent a device to wear while I sleep. When I finally heard back about the device I only had 3 weeks until my follow up with Dr Yadov and then an additional follow up with my cardiologist who requested this all. When I spoke to the staff today they told me they would email me forms to fill out and send back in order to get the device. In addition I was to log into my patient portal and fill out forms there. The forms they emailed me had no way for me to fill them out. I emailed and called back requesting forms I could edit (how else was I supposed to put my info in?) They then sent me forms that required me to create a Microsoft Office account. I called back again tell them the forms were not able to be edited. The staff told me to print them out, fill them out and take pictures to send back to them but I don't have a printer. They then told me to go to my local library to print them then. Seriously? Why do they have MyChart with all forms online except these 2? Then they told me to drive to their location in Hillsborough to fill them out in person. I've already had my appt with Dr Yadov. Why in the world would I drive all the way back to fill out these 2 forms? This is absurd. This should have been done during my initial visit. At this point all I'm waiting for is for them to send me the device. I was already at the office and filled out everything they gave me.They expected me to drive there to get them when I don't live that close and am only available one day a week between jobs. I had to cancel my appt because of this as I have no way to print these forms. My cardiologist sent me here so this is serious but they are not patient friendly at all! They are dealing with peoples health and they obviously do NOT care about patients or how difficult they make things for us. Avoid this place at all costs. I can see now why they have so many bad reviews.

I had a pleasant experience at the center. The room was clean and comfortable. The temperature was perfect. Magda, my sleep technologist, is just the most compassionate, professional, and wonderful person. I was grateful for her.
