Nurse Practitioner Kaci was terrific. She carefully listened to all of my symptoms, asking questions for clarification and understanding. She thoughtfully developed a plan of action for each area and made sure I understood how things would progress. In addition, she took her time and really expressed her care and concern while talking with me. I highly recommend her.

I had an appointment at Springfield Clinic in Jacksonville and also had to have a blood test. I was seen shortly for my blood test and went upstairs and waited only about five or 10 minutes for my appointment which was very satisfactory then came out and made another appointment for in the future.
