I was on the first day of a long trip when I was afflicted with a kind of weird health problem. I went to this clinic in the evening and after a very short wait was seen by one of their providers. A diagnosis was made and after two weeks I know that it was a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. Thank you so much.
The nurse was very rude and didn’t care much about helping to resolve insurance issues that came up. There is a lot of better facilities out there that go the extra mile to keep their patients up to date on what is and isn’t covered. We didn’t know genetic testing was something that needed pre approval first and it was denied so now stuck with about 3200 bill.
Do NOT recommend Andrea Cifaldi- she doesn’t listen/ empathize or respect patients time. Argues about MRI results given by ANOTHER professional within Oakleaf!! So very unprofessional & I won’t be returning.
Other than having to wait on the phone for 25+ minutes (every time) to schedule an appointment, the staff and policies have been great! My last call hit 30 minutes on hold and hung up on me, it's great!
Urgent care experience: My husband sat in the waiting room for over two hours with pneumonia, watched at least 20 people come in after him and get treated and leave, and he was never called back. When he asked at the desk they assured him he was on the list. After they called back some kid with an ear infection he left. Just ridiculous the way they prioritize. Wondering if it’s because we’re not Oak Leaf patients. If it is, then that’s just wrong. We will never be back. We’ll take the extra time to drive down to Mayo in Eau Claire.
