My husband took his mom for a 3:00 afternoon appointment. They waited an hour to be seen. The appointment took 45 minutes and they still didn't do the lab work that was ordered. At 5:20 pm they left in frustration. It is unacceptable for an elderly person to be at an appointment for 2 hours...and still didn't get the tests she needed! Come on...you need to do better!!
A friend is staying there. The place is beautiful, new, friendly, and has a great staff. My friend is happy with the dieticians and let me know that one of them is vegan. The chefs and dieticians work together to customize food for each patient.
I needed to get in quickly. I was given a same day appointment with Sabrina. Sabrina was great. She was kind, thorough and helpful. Her assistant Nicole was also wonderful.
Was here visiting. Everyone was very friendly. This new hospital is beautiful. The food at the cafeteria was great!
