Dr Shakra is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and interested to know about your medical needs. He will spend as much time as is needed for him to communicate with you or for you to communicate with him about your medical history, concerns, and needs.
I called to make an appointment, when speaking to the person on the phone. He gave me 2 options. I chose the first option. He confirmed it. The day before the appointment I get a text message with a reminder and it has a different time for the appointment. I call and the lady on the phone was very rude saying that my appointment was never confirmed. I asked if I could reschedule for an earlier appointment later in the week and she was just giving me attitude the whole time.
I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Keith Olson, and he listened attentively to everything I shared, took the time to address my concerns without rushing, and demonstrated genuine care for my well-being. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a provider—he is truly exceptional.

Dr. Scott Koehler is a top notch physician. I have trusted him 100%with my care as a 54y/o that is 100% fused from base of neck to sacrum and each pelvic bone.
