I brought my grandmother here, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. This company shows a clear lack of professionalism and an alarming disregard for patients' time and well-being. Appointments were delayed or rescheduled without notice, and trying to get in touch with someone for basic information was a nightmare. When we finally did, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. What’s even more concerning is that insurance claims were already being processed for tests and procedures before my grandmother had even seen a doctor. How is that even ethical? Be sure to check your insurance statements — it really feels like they prioritize billing over actual care. There was no clear communication, no follow-up, and the entire process felt disorganized and careless. My grandmother deserved better, and so does every other patient walking through their doors. If you're thinking of bringing a loved one here — don't. This place is not equipped to handle patients with the compassion or professionalism anyone should expect from a medical provider. Forgot to mention — the waiting room was overcrowded, and we still had to wait over an hour past the appointment time with no explanation or apology. My elderly grandmother was extremely uncomfortable, and no one seemed to care. Just more proof of how disorganized and inconsiderate this place is. Avoid if you can.

I cant wait to get better insurance so that I dont have to deal with offices like this anymore! Some of the medical assistants have attitude for days. Rude and unprofessional people.

This cardiology office is absolutely incompetent. The staff is completely incapable of handling basic paperwork or following through on essential tasks. It’s frustrating and unjust how they seem more focused on draining patients' wallets and time than actually taking care of their health. If the doctors and APPs here want to avoid a malpractice lawsuit in 2025 and beyond, they need to seriously reorganize their staff. The current state of operations is unacceptable, and patients deserve far better care. Don’t waste your time or money here. I am completely disgusted!

Dr. Clark and all the staff are the best and are so sweet and good at their jobs! The wait times can sometimes go up to 2 hours, but if they aren't too busy you will be seen within the hour. Dr. Clark is so worth the wait because she is phenomenal at her job and really takes her time with you and cares so deeply about all her patients. This is why the wait can get long, because she is actually listening to her patients and not just trying to rush them out! I also love the fish in the aquarium and miss Junior (a fish) since he died from a brain tumor. I have apergers syndrome and multiple sclerosis so it is hard to find accommodating doctor's offices with staff who are understanding of my neurological conditions. I look forward to every appointment I have here.

This location is supposed to open at 8 AM. Every Saturday I am here, and my appointment is at 8:30 AM, no one is here, lights are off, doors are closed, and the "employees" that do show up sometime near 8:30 (never 8) don't seem to have the key to open the doors. Even worse, the keyholder arrives near 9 (late of course) and opens near 9 AM (late opening) and the doctor I come to see (Lekan) is never here for when my appointment is supposed to be (he comes almost an hour late every single time!!). This is people's health man! Take your jobs seriously and be on time!
