Waited ~50 mins after a scheduled appt to be seen less than 5 mins by Dr. Miller. He prescribed promethazine w/ codeine that apparently isn’t even carried or dispensed at any local pharmacy. Complete waste of time!!

I’ve been here three times and each time the wait has been over an hour past the appointment time. Today was 1 hour and 40 mins after the appointment time. Clearly ineffective office management, and the staff does not care about people’s time. Don’t get me started on the BUGS crawling on the floor. Go anywhere else

Was literally just told that my blood pressure medication would not be refilled up until I came and saw Miriam Sterling So I asked if I was to catch a stroke Who’s fault would it be mine or the doctors because she won’t fill my prescription I don’t need to see the doctor. There’s no reason for me to go to her. And was told it would be no ones. They’re going to have a nice lawsuit on their hands one day because no one in that office knows what they’re doing. Or has any form of ethics. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Edited** I had to update my review because the lack of professionalism and the incompetence is astounding. The attitude of the front desk is actually terrible, as if there’s an issue before you even speak to them. And if you speak up about an issue, which I’ve had recurring issues, it gets worse. I came in, midweek, after two months for a follow up. I was told the doctor doesn’t come in midweek. I can’t get past how my appointment for a follow up for a specific doctor was scheduled when that doctor isn’t in. If their schedule changed, there were over two months to make adjustments to my appointment. It’s actually shocking how bad the front desk staff are. Dr. Shwer is very efficient and personable. She takes time to answer my questions. I don’t wait long to see the doctor but I’ve been one of 3 people in the waiting room. The issue is with the front desk. They can be rude and a bit abrasive. I asked them to address a mistake on a Doctor’s note and it took multiple people and more than 10 mins to address the issue. The amount of confusion over a simple task was frustrating. I’ve also gotten a note from the office prior and it had spelling and grammatical errors. Not professional at all.

I had a first time appointment with Eddy Simon and the experience was so terrible I did not even have the appointment. I waited for an hour after arriving on time and then finally asked when I would be seen, only to be told the doctor arrived late today and was behind schedule + half of the waiting area was also waiting to be seen. There was over 10 people in the waiting room and it was extremely crowded. It would've been 2+ hours of waiting before my appointment. The doctor nor office didn't have any decent courtesy to call people ahead of their appointment times and explain the situation and have them reschedule, just assumed we would wait all day for them. Nobody so careless towards other people should be working in healthcare.
