The Heart Center of the Oranges

I am under his care right now. I am on disability leave for my job my my paperwork when it’s time to get it done I have to go sit for seven or eight hours. He messed up these papers. She had put the wrong date on me cause you dealing with too many people and I come to get five minute paperwork done and it takes me so far today December 30, 2024 came in at 9 o’clock. It’s 11 o’clock. He tells me he can see me when you get time. I have other stuff to do. This is very poor management of a doctors office. I don’t need to come in for a visit and be there for three hours for a visit. I don’t need to come in for a five minute get a date change on the paper so I can get my page from my disability that I was here last Monday on 27 December and he messed the paper up then and now I’m back I’m waiting five hours to get it done and I might not get it done yet then this is unprofessional on all levels to be a doctor in healthcare and have workers. This is this is not even right somebody need to look into this.

Doctors and tech are amazing!! They will make sure to do what they can to find out what’s going on with your health. I will say that the receptionists are rude. They talk bad about patients around OTHER patients. They were rude over the phone to me talking about me while they were calling me. I picked up the phone immediately just to hear them talking about me before she used her fake customer service voice once she heard me say hello. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand people get frustrated with clients but at least wait until you are off the phone with me to talk about me or talk about me then call me. I don’t have to hear that. Most of them treat you like an inconvenience. I recommend this place over all to many people but be aware of the attitude most of the receptionists willl have. But don’t let it ruin the rest of the experience you will have in the back :)

My experience was not great but it was not bad neither. I just feel like I was not welcome because I walk-in. They actually allow walk-in. I didn’t know that but I find out on that day. Regarding the nurse in front , I got nothing to say. But the actual doctor gave me a different vibe.She was upset about something and everything else just gave her irritation. I don’t know what she was going through that day but I can feel it the way she react to my pain and problems. She was kind of cold to me ( no compassion) towards my pain. But anyway, i will still recommend that place. They are ok.i actually recommend my friend to go there. I have been in a worst place . I will give it a second chance before I make up my mind. May be I will have a different experience in a different day. Keep you post. Don’t forget, I’m only entitled to my opinion.

I love my Doctor Nivia Phillips She’s understand me a lot. She take care me well , she is so Patient to listen to me exactly when I explain her the problem i fell. she is a nice Doctor for me. May Good bless and protect her for her family and for the people sick in this area . The nurses to evergreen and Newark are so nice too.

Very busy office is the downside but the doctor that saw my mother truly went above and beyond for her . He Even went out of his way to call me with updates and visited her in hospital to ensure she was getting the best care . If you visit , I recommend Dr.Simon . He’s very attentive , speaks multiple languages which I really appreciated because after a stoke my mothers English vanished . Dr simon really put my families mind at ease and for that I’m forever thankful .
