Dr. DeLaCruz is thurough and knowledgeable but the staff there including Dr. Mohan just terrible not getting into details but I will say my appointment was at 11:15 am I was not seen until 12:53pm unacceptable. They schedule me during work hours as if I don't have a job. And the waiting room has no a/c it smelled so bad.
Excellent doctor, wonderful staff. I feel safe and cared. Everyone is so kind and patient. Bonus: they can draw blood on site, so no traveling and second appointments at a Quest lab. The office is always packed so show up ten/fifteen minutes before your appointment.
Best doctor the staff is excellent love Mrs. Dawn at front desk but, the older young lady that is new. She didn’t know what she is doing. She was in front by herself and she totally ignored me and another patient. Then a young lady she knew she took her over us. Dawn came back to the front and took extra care of me in professional way.
This is absolutely the worst service I've ever had. I have an appointment at 5 pm today. I was running late because it's Friday. I called them up before 4 and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I have to move it at 5:30 pm and they said it was okay. When I arrived they told me that the MD won't see me because he's in a rush. Are they kidding me? I traveled 45 mins to get there just to tell me that MD won't see me? It was very unprofessional of these receptionists not to notify their patients about what is going on. They just wasted my time. I was so disappointed with their service. They should treat their patients right. I would not recommend this clinic. Very bad service!!!
The Doctor is great, but don't deal with the phlebotomist Carolina, she doesn't belong there, ,very unprofessional maybe she should be working for a veterinarian, since the animals can't complain. Be aware of her. .very very nasty girl, hopefully the Doctor will deal with her before something goes bad in that office. .update!! Carolina no longer works there business will be a lot better now.
