Called wanted to make an appointment. Spoke to someone named Alicia who was so rude and condescending, acted like she was bothered with me as a potential patient asking questions. Will NOT recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. Costeas recommended me having a heart monitor for a month which I did, after that Nobody has gotten back to me to follow up with the results. Three months later I decided to call left a message for them to get back to me to discuss the results, I got a call back two days after but I couldn’t get to the phone. They left me a message never called me back again. In my opinion It’s like they don’t care about their patients at all. I do NOT recommend this office.
I cannot praise Dr Fisk and his MA Diana enough. we have known Dr Fisk for yrs as one of my mom's cardiologists and they answered an immediate need quickly and humanly-last minute call for med'l clearance and we were seen in less than 24hrs. both Diana and Dr Fisk responded responsibly and professionally to the situation. not only is Dr Fisk a good doctor, he's a good person.
