Don’t do your sleep study here! We were told by a rude and unhelpful receptionist that the procedure would be billed as one thing, costing $200, when it wound up being billed as another thing, costing over $1,000. Had we been given correct information we would’ve gone elsewhere. Even our sleep doctor at another Mt. Sinai facility said he never sends his patients to this location as they’re known for being overpriced and misleading. They overcharged us for an AT-HOME sleep study, gave us zero information about the results, and were all around incredibly rude and unhelpful. Save your time and money, go literally anywhere else!

Facility conditions not compatible with sleeping which is fairly important for a sleep study center. Rooms were much too warm, which no control over the temperature and more importantly the street noise was so loud and disruptive. You could clearly hear police and fire truck sirens, trash truck engines/clanging, traffic honking, etc constantly or at least every few minutes. I don’t know how they expect to get accurate sleep results of the patients cannot sleep

The place is nice but the man kept on waking me up he said for my plugs and stuff but the next day they ready to put you out before the sun come up I had a heart procedure and they couldn’t even call the car service to pick me up. I should’ve asked to speak to somebody else. I wonder if it was somebody else they would’ve got a car service for them and wouldn’t let that person go out there sick

The staff are all very kind and helpful… but the location for the sleep studies is really not ideal. I was placed in a street facing room and there was not a single minute without a siren or honk. It made it really hard to fall asleep. The doctors are very kind, but if you have the option to do a sleep study at a more quiet location I would encourage that!
