Firstly, they never answer the phone. Second , the at home sleep study is terrible and if it comes back inconclusive or unreadable they wont send you another one.

I've never experienced a service as rude as this. I called a minute ago and the lady didn't even ask me my information and bombarded me with info so fast I couldn't even process, then refused to answer questions I tried to ask and hung up the call. I'm glad my experience was bad from the initial call so I don't have to go there and be mistreated by them.

The staff was generally polite but the person who was giving the instructions for home set up was rather rude and very obviously impatient to get out there as we were the last patients. There was no introduction of herself or any greetings so I had no idea if she was a RN or tech... Questions and comments for the instruction was met with, "Do you want to do this or not?", with a stare. She was also sometimes very difficult to understand as she spoke with a rather heavy Spanish accent. I myself work in healthcare and this was a bit of shock how rude she was... Furthermore, not a single phone call after the home sleep study. Not. A. Single. Call. I waited for weeks and heard nothing so I had to call and call to find out the study was not adequate and that I have to do it again... I wish my cardiologist can refer me to another clinic.

My experience with this clinic was horrible, first appt was 2 hour wait. 2nd appt was to pu machine for home study, I got there there were no machines and no one had called I came in from westchester county. 3rd experience was to return the machine and no one could answer any questions, 4th visit, I showed up and they had relocated, and I had no idea.. 5th experience at new location long wait and dr could tell me nothing as he could not access any files so I wasted time and parking to even come there for the consult. next experience I had to cancel for a funeral and told them emergency and the I was harassed about the bill id get. I'm not paying as my time is valuable too and I've learned nothing from them.

I had a great experience with the doctor, wait time was 5mins. However, it has been nearly 2 months after my sleep study and I still haven't received my cpap machine, and have had to cal multiple times for them to fax the sleep study results so I could get my cpap machine.
