I just completed my sleep study on the 2nd floor in the sleep lab and Carlos was amazing. This was my first time so I was very nervous but he walked me through and explained everything to me. Carlos was very patient with all my needs and tried to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. He has excellent bedside manner. Thank You Carlos. We need more people like you.

The doctors are nice. The front desk definitely needs to be switched up. This lady Tamara at the front was unnecessarily rude and the guy next to her as well. They appeared bothered just because I asked where the bathroom was. I’ve been to different NYU clinics and have never experienced that level of rudeness. Phlebotomist had an attitude as well.

Convenient location and nice facility but the check in system leaves much to be desired. Everyone is very professional but it’s definitely a churn. I came back today for test results thinking I’d be speaking with my cardiologist in an office to review the findings but after waiting an hour past my appointment time I was ushered into an exam room to have my vitals taken and be questioned about things I had just answered on my previous visit. My doctor gave me the results in another exam room after taking additional vital info. I felt we could have gone over the results on a video or telephone call without me wasting an afternoon off of work for 15 min of actual quality time. There could also be a system to text and inform patients to come an hour later rather than waste the time sitting around. They certainly can text and tell you about new bills and share test results. Priorities! Entering test results in the patient portal before a doctor follow up is also super annoying. I don’t want this information before it’s been explained to me. It’s very stressful. Overall a decent place with good people but customer experience needs significant improvement.

Give Elizabeth a raise. Best person in this practice. Always attentive and cares for her patients ❤️ I'd give 5 stars but everyone else seems like they don't want to be there

This is a very interesting place. The rooms are comfortable. The bedding was clean. The technician was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and non intrusive. Constantine made my visit a pleasant one. Much could be done to improve the rooms like a working TV but I guess that's not really the reason to be there.
