TL; DR DO NOT go here for a sleep study. The staff here is dangerously incompetent bordering on medical fraud. I waited quite a bit before deciding to finally write this. I wanted to see if I still felt so strongly shocked and disgusted at the level of apathy and lack of care by the staff here eight months later. To start, I have been using a CPAP machine for years. It started to not work anymore in the beginning of 2024 and I was getting very little sleep. I had lost over 30 pounds at this point and was no longer obese. Long story short, I finally found a nurse practitioner that actually looked at my sleep data and clearly saw that I was no longer experiencing Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) but Central Sleep Apnea (CSA). Going from OSA to CSA while using a CPAP is known as Treatment Emergent Central Sleep Apnea (TECSA) and many sleep specialist doctors don't even seem aware this exists. We tried lowering the pressure on my machine (Resmed Airsense 10) the lowest it could go, we tried no CPAP, nothing worked. I was getting nearly 40 events an hour. It was clear I needed to either start BiPAP therapy or even ASV. This is where Comprehensive Health Care comes in. After arriving on time at the office, there was nobody in the building. I waited for a couple of minutes while calling out, to no response. Another patient came in, also confused about where anybody was. Frustrated, I decided to walk around the lab yelling "Is anybody here?" until somebody appeared. That worked! Somebody popped out of a random room down the hall surprised that I was there. Off to a great start. I was given no directions or paperwork about how the sleep study happens. Instead, I was led by the technician to where I would be sleeping and he immediately started putting probes and things on me. Bewildered, I asked what was going to be measured and how would they know if BiPAP worked or I needed an ASV. Now it was time for the technician to be confused - he said "You are here for a BiPAP study? I didn't know that!" That night, I had terrible sleep. I actually remember waking up (which is rare) during the study because so much air was being shoved into my nose through the mask I had to take it off. I got my results relatively fast which is nice. What wasn't nice was how useless the results were. The main conclusion was, and I am quoting exactly, "Severe Obstructive Sleep apnea(OSA) **Optimal pressure attained**." They completely misdiagnosed me with OSA and ignored the fact that I was having CSA events! Looking deeper into the results, the "optimal pressure" was clearly way too high and was only set for nine minutes. The pressures selected were all over the place. Some were changed every two minutes. Their advice? Continue to use a CPAP. Avoid alcohol. Lose weight. Come back in a couple of months for another study. No mention of BiPAP in the results at all. I called the sleep lab after getting these results hoping to get clarity. I was redirected to the director of the sleep lab. As soon as the director picked up the phone he had an impatient tone as if I wasting his time and simply could not understand the results. He mentioned the "optimal pressure" was found and that the advice was sound. I brought up the fact that my home machine was showing CSA events and not OSA. Then the most shocking part of this entire experience happened: He said "That doesn't make any sense, you must be wrong. Your machine cannot measure CSA and it impossible for you to know that." This is the DIRECTOR of the sleep lab. He was unaware that my machine, the most popular machine on the market, had been able to measure CSA events _for over ten years_. I talked to my nurse practitioner after she read the results and she said it was the worst study she has ever seen. She could conclude that simply from the results! The sleep study was a complete and utter waste. I can't imagine someone without insurance getting charged thousands of dollars for this.

Dr. Kapur seemed like a great doctor after meeting with her for the first time. I was very hopeful about finally finding a plan to treat my rare condition after almost 2 years of trying to get diagnosed properly and find the right treatment plan. Fast forward almost 2 months after my first appointment with Dr. K and I still have not made any progress with my treatment due to misleading information about how long the process of being approved for a sleep study is. I may have to start the long process of finding a new doctor for this condition again. All of this after Dr. K expressed sympathy for how difficult my journey has been with this condition during our first appointment. I asked how long the sleep study approval would take, as it had previously taken me almost a year to get a different sleep study done from referral to results. She assured me that getting approved for the first step in my treatment, the sleep study, would take about a week. After two weeks pass, I call the office, and they then say it takes 2-3 weeks for a study to get approved. Ok then. I wait another week. Hear nothing. I call the office two more times. Someone at the front desk claims to request that my case be expedited by the insurance, but It’s now been over 6 weeks since Dr. K said my sleep study should be approved within 5-7 business days, so I don’t have much confidence any approval is going to happen any time soon, or know what’s going on over there. Meanwhile, my treatment with another doctor for a different health issue has been put on hold throughout this whole delayed and frustrating process, as it is dependant on the results for this sleep study that doesn’t seem to ever be happening, and my health is suffering. So incredibly disappointed with this health center.

Good staff, very friendly. Was referred to them by my GP and I'm pleasantly satisfied by their staff and facilities. If you're looking for it from the outside, they're not clearly visible with any signage. They're located in the same building as the urgent care.

Was referred here to do an at-home sleep study. Extremely easy process, and was in and out in 15 minutes. They demonstrated how to use the machine, and told me to bring it back the next day so they can retrieve the data. Easy and definitely recommend!

Very pleasant setup with great technicians for overnight sleep studies. Received my CPAP machine that was shipped to me by the medical supply company and so far it's been working great! Takes a bit getting used to but my sleep quality has dramatically improved. I received three different sizes of nose mask so that I could find the best fit. Bought a UV-C sanitizer box along with CPAP wipes on Prime Day so that I could sanitize the hose and mask weekly.
