Great and very friendly staff; accidently forgot my wallet for my consult and they were able to still fit me in (although it was because another person no showed, it still was awesome they were flexible). consult was super fast and i was able to get my symptoms across to the nurses and doctor with ease. They were able to get me in the same night for my study, which was also simple and the staff were also very friendly then. The room was very clean and well kept, and the bed was comfortable enough to fall asleep decently normal. My only complaint was the hall light seeped in through the door cracks while i was trying to go to sleep, but i was the first to start my study and they turned it off at some point in the night. all in all, fast appointment, great staff, clean environment and would recommend if you're looking for a place to get a sleep study (edit) Im unsure if there was just something off with my testing, but when i was given my results the first page said one result but the next said the opposite and was so contradictory two separate providers recommended i retest elsewhere. Still a welcoming facility with great people but definitely something off with the actual testing or report process.
I have had nothing but short tempered staff on the phone while I've been trying to get them to cancel a prior authorization through my insurance. The authorization nurse Jennifer Harris(I asked for her last name and she said and I quote "I'm done talking to you)". Then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Most of the ladies that work the front desk and Jennifer Harris doesn't have any customer service skills and we very rude to me while I'm trying everything in my power to get a sleep study done. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint through the company.
I am handicapped person and depend on motor scooter for mobility went to their facility for appointment their front door with address was locked by the time I noticed the other door i was barely on time for appointment the head nurse said I was supposed to be 15 minutes early canceled my appointment. Now their billing me $100 for no show
I can't believe how bad you people are at responding to phone calls and emails!!!! I am so appalled for you guys!!! I have been trying to get a hold of you people FOR WEEKS! This is entirely ridiculous and unprofessional! I have needed supplies and have gotten no response from anyone!
If you like waiting months for an appointment just for them to reschedule you last minute without notice this is a great place to get seen. This has happened twice now.
