Doctor is great but I was given a $75 fee for not picking up a sleep test when I explained that I had been in a car crash and I was told “call us next time it happens”. Front desk was not understanding at all of the situation. The text they send for no-show appointments also says $50 not $75 so they should communicate their information better and be more understanding of their patients’ unexpected emergencies.
Dr. Goss is a wonderful and caring doctor who is always on top of everything. She makes sure all your tests are done and follows through to ensure everything is going well. The office is very efficient, and she takes the time to send you for whatever you need. I truly appreciate her thoroughness and dedication to her patients.
the "front office" is communicative and efficient. Dr. Goss has, not only, excellent medical acumen but is empathetic, communicative and is proactive in planning care and explaining options for case management and sets realistic goals for somewhat aged patients like me
I have had an excellent experience at Dr. Goss’ office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Goss makes me feel heard and is extremely knowledgeable. She gives excellent advice and truly shows that she cares. The entire office makes me feel like I am taken care of. One of the best doctor’s offices I have ever been to.

From the front desk staff that answered my initial call with warmth, to getting scheduled SAME DAY (very very very rare to have someone open their calendar same day, I must of gotten lucky!) to getting the blood tests and sputum tests to eliminate all concerns that I raised. To Doctor Goss giving me direct advice and feedback about my symptoms, and giving me the kitchen sink list of things to knock out the cough I have. Even when I had to call back to ask clarifying questions, immediate pickup, no hold, and the front desk was super knowledgeable and answered me directly without needing to put me on hold for 30 minutes. I've never seen a more competent medical team ever, seriously, you guys have your act together and I'd gladly refer anyone to you guys. Best medical experience I've ever received.
