Ashley is a horrible representative, very unprofessional with no concern for patients needs. She refused to answer any of my questions about the sleep study and tried to get me off the line as quick as possible. Very very horrendous woman.
This office is below par in providing patients with a person who answers the phone. Its like they have a 14 year old handling their text option. And DOES NOT follow up with orders whatsoever going on 3 weeks since my doctor placed the order. I answered and sent all my information beside my credit card (refuse to in an unencrypted text) these people are not right to even request that by text. Im requesting my doctor use a different company or ill go on person for the Sleep study. Loss of business also has no effect on them as I said I am unhappy with no answer or them delaying the process. Their response " we will archive your order". Do me a favor erase the order I refuse to give you any business because you are horrible and it fortells how future interactions will be if I needed assistance in a medical matter using your equipment. Apparently you are just a company who bought units and are licensed to rent them to patients for money and thats all. 3.1 stars on Google reviews and just going down. Horrible horrible horrible. I would not trust a goldfish in your hands.
NO COMPANY SHOULD ASK FOR CREDIT CARD!!! WENT WITH VITROUX INSTEAD NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED!!Not using this service due to the fact that I have to give a credit card to use the unit? Sorry but why do I work to pay for insurance for? Makes sense to them but just not to me sorry.PS policy is not clearly obtainable on the website. Maybe it's there but I couldn't find it.
Patient care appears to be deficient. My husband has been awaiting his results for over a month. I experienced a 30-minute hold time, followed by a dropped call. Upon my husband's callback, the company stated the results had been sent to the physician, who has not received them. Despite insurance payment, the results remain unavailable. It is recommended that this company prioritize customer service improvements.
Update: Company agreed to a reasonable cap on possible charges so I move forward with the test which was easy. Original post: Never started the test as the company had unreasonable terms. Medicare and my Gap insurance combined should pay 100% and HomeSleep was to confirm this. After an ambiguous insurance approval message (said they were “in network” and could proceed) they had me confirm I would be liable for any costs not paid by insurance. That’s what the preapproval is supposed to determine but they did not say. Also, at the last minute they told me there would be a late fee of $25 per day if the device was not returned on time, AND they needed a credit card to proceed. I’ve had to agree to pay shortfalls many times before but never had to provide a credit card in advance. So not knowing the insurance amount and the ridiculous late fee, I refused the credit card demand. I’ll find an alternate, more reasonable, provider.
