Jordan Roman, and her embodiment of misery for a mother, are the WORST medical “professionals” I have ever met. If you don’t have a license in states outside of your own, why would you ever try to give someone from those states medical advice (horrible, and incorrect at that)? It’s dangerous, and will end up costing someone their life if such behavior continues. I believe Ms. Roman’s employment at this establishment is to blame for her and her mother’s comfortability diagnosing through a screen, as it may be making them feel superior to those who they believe lack any medical knowledge. Very upsetting to think there may be patients experiencing similar behavior at the moment.

I have to give huge HUGE props to the woman's center and Ob department with everything they've done so far for my wife and I while we are nearly done with our journey on our first child on the way. Every encounter we've had so far has been outstanding. Strong recommendations to those future parents out there.

I had a scheduled surgery that I was very nervous about. From the person at the front desk , the girl that admitted me , nurses , anesthesiologist and of course, my doctor. Made the experience smooth . Everyone was friendly and right there when I needed them . If I had any criticism it would be to put comfy chairs in the wating room for our loved ones that are waiting for us . Thank you for the awesome care I was given !

When my Dr. Went to go make a recommendation or referral for a neurologist he skipped even considering sending me to osf and opted for Marquette. He didn't realize I heard him but under his breath he said it would be a cold day in hell he sends one of his patients to that place. It was strange because like cops Dr's don't often talk crap about other Dr's no matter if there competent or not

We went to the ER for my wife’s back this morning, (Sunday) She is waiting for surgery and unfortunately her primary care physician is booked out two weeks at a time. We have to come to OSF ER for a shot of steroids and Toradol at least once a month when the pain becomes intolerable. OSF has her chart and medical records showing her condition. When we were taken back, the elderly doctor came in, right away he gave us an attitude and said we were wasting his time, and continued to tell us this is an ER and there’s nothing they can do for her, follow up with your physician. I then replied, “are you refusing her care?” He then promptly told us no, he’ll give her shots but he’s not giving her narcotics to take home. I then told him, “we’re not here to pump you for pain pills, she needs a shot of toradol!” He left the room and within a few minutes the nurse came in and gave her the shot and said she was being discharged. No wait, no monitoring, immediate dismissal. I’m not sure if this was even legal. We got a strong impression the doctor thought we were there to try to get narcotics, and was angry that we were wasting his time. This level of unprofessionalism seems to be common practice at OSF. We appreciate having a hospital in our area, but the horrible care here is legendary. We’re filing a complaintt about the doctor with the administrator tomorrow, but until more people take action, this kind of treatment will continue. 👎🏻
