My Dr sent a referral almost a month ago, and I have left 2 messages with no return call yet!

Your front people (woman) have very bad "bedside manner" She makes you wait until she is good and ready to talk to you. She has "greeted" me most of the time when I stop by. I am going to be looking for somewhere else to get my supplies. For the most part the rest are good.

Once you get in the service is great. However... There is one person who runs schedules...The appointment for your initial screen and results are located in a completely different location from the diagnostic center.... And at the hospital/clinic no where does it say sleep on any of the labels you must know it’s part of the cardio unit. No appointment reminder and since it’s been a few months since you’ve been there it’s hard to remember where to go. Things needed to improve: Answer your phones during operating hours, have a roll over for you single scheduler, provide better directions on your website for both the diagnostic and the appointments. Why the does it take 2-4 months for an appointment?
